Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026IMPORTANT: Read these Terms carefully before using Syfile™ web service. By uploading files and completing a payment, you confirm you have read and accepted all provisions below.
1. Service Description
Syfile™ is a web-based local processing service. Files are processed entirely locally within the user's web browser (up to 5 GB per operation) to generate a single .sybackup archive. No user files are uploaded to or stored on our servers. No registration or account is required. The service is a one-time transactional tool: process, download, done.
Syfile™ also allows free reconstruction: users may process a previously generated .sybackup locally at any time to recover their original files at no charge.
2. Local Processing — Zero Transmission & Retention
All file processing occurs locally on your device. User files are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. The only data sent to our servers is the transaction metadata (such as file sizes) required to calculate pricing and register the session. We do not store, retain, or back up any user file at any point.
The user is solely responsible for keeping their .sybackup file safe after download. Syfile™ holds no copy and cannot recover it.
3. User Responsibility
The user declares and guarantees that:
- They own or have full legal rights over all files they upload.
- Uploaded files do not violate any law, copyright, or third-party rights.
- They will not use the service to process illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
- They understand that data loss due to failure to download the .sybackup before link expiry is their sole responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
The .sybackup format, the processing engine, and all associated software are the exclusive property of Rodolfo Rodrigo Rodriguez Saenz. Copyright © 2026. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or imitation of the format or engine is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party merchant of record that handles all applicable taxes and compliance. Syfile™ does not store any payment card data.
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including technical errors, processing failures, or any other issue beyond the user's or Syfile's control. By completing a payment, the user acknowledges and accepts this policy.
6. Service Provided "As Is"
Syfile™ is provided in its current state without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific compression ratios, or compatibility with any particular file type. Actual savings vary depending on file content and type.
7. Limitation of Liability
Syfile™ and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of files, loss of data, or inability to reconstruct files. Maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific operation in question.
8. Prohibited Use
- Uploading files containing malware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the processing infrastructure.
- Using automated scripts to abuse the service at scale.
- Uploading files that violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
Syfile™ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Since no accounts exist, it is the user's responsibility to review these Terms before each use.

1. Descripción del Servicio
Syfile™ es un servicio de procesamiento local basado en web. Los archivos se procesan completamente de forma local dentro del navegador web del usuario (hasta 5 GB por operación) para generar un único archivo .sybackup. No se suben archivos a nuestros servidores para su procesamiento. No se requiere registro ni cuenta. El servicio es una herramienta transaccional de uso único: procesa, descarga, listo.
Syfile™ también permite la reconstrucción gratuita: los usuarios pueden procesar localmente un .sybackup generado previamente en cualquier momento para recuperar sus archivos originales sin costo.
2. Procesamiento Local — Cero Transmisión y Retención
Todo el procesamiento de archivos ocurre localmente en el dispositivo del usuario. Los archivos del usuario nunca son subidos, transmitidos o almacenados en nuestros servidores. Los únicos datos enviados a nuestros servidores son los metadatos necesarios para registrar la transacción (como el tamaño total) para generar el enlace de pago. No almacenamos, retenemos ni respaldamos ningún archivo del usuario en ningún momento.
El usuario es el único responsable de guardar su archivo .sybackup tras descargarlo. Syfile™ no guarda ninguna copia y no puede recuperarlo.
3. Responsabilidad del Usuario
El usuario declara y garantiza que:
- Es propietario o tiene plenos derechos legales sobre todos los archivos que sube.
- Los archivos subidos no infringen ninguna ley, copyright ni derechos de terceros.
- No utilizará el servicio para procesar contenido ilegal, malicioso o dañino.
- Entiende que la pérdida de datos por no descargar el .sybackup antes de que expire el enlace es de su exclusiva responsabilidad.
4. Propiedad Intelectual
El formato .sybackup, el motor de procesamiento y todo el software asociado son propiedad exclusiva de Rodolfo Rodrigo Rodriguez Saenz. Copyright © 2026. La ingeniería inversa, descompilación o imitación del formato o motor está estrictamente prohibida.
5. Pagos y Reembolsos
Los pagos son procesados exclusivamente por Lemon Squeezy, un proveedor de pago externo que actúa como merchant of record y gestiona todos los impuestos aplicables. Syfile™ no almacena ningún dato de tarjeta de pago.
Todas las compras son definitivas. No se realizarán reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia, incluyendo errores técnicos, fallos en el procesamiento o cualquier otro inconveniente fuera del control del usuario o de Syfile. Al completar un pago, el usuario reconoce y acepta esta política.
6. Servicio "Tal Cual"
Syfile™ se proporciona en su estado actual sin garantías de ninguna clase. No garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida, ratios de compresión específicos ni compatibilidad con ningún tipo de archivo en particular. El ahorro real varía según el contenido y tipo de archivos.
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Syfile™ y su propietario no serán responsables por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio, incluyendo pero no limitado a pérdida de archivos, pérdida de datos o incapacidad de reconstruir archivos. La responsabilidad máxima bajo cualquier circunstancia no superará el monto pagado por el usuario por la operación específica en cuestión.
8. Usos Prohibidos
- Subir archivos que contengan malware, ransomware o cualquier código malicioso.
- Intentar hacer ingeniería inversa, sobrecargar o explotar la infraestructura de procesamiento.
- Usar scripts automatizados para abusar del servicio a escala.
- Subir archivos que violen cualquier ley aplicable en tu jurisdicción.
9. Cambios en estos Términos
Syfile™ se reserva el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del servicio tras los cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos. Dado que no existen cuentas, es responsabilidad del usuario revisar estos Términos antes de cada uso.
